What will I do as a demonstrator?
You will enjoy running your own business by sharing stamping with others at in-home workshops. By joining, you will become part of my downline (team) and have the opportunity to attend Stampin’ Up!® training events including our annual convention and smaller regional events around the country.
What are the minimum sales requirements?
To stay active as a demonstrator you will need to sell a minimum of $300 per quarter. Most demonstrators find that this can be reached in one or two workshops during a quarter. Our quarters are based on the calendar so January, February & March are a quarter.
How much does it cost to get started?
The Starter Kit is only $175 (plus sales tax). It includes everything you will need to get your business up and running—including stamps and accessories as well as business supplies ($345 value – 50% off the retail price). You can even choose your stamp sets and colors!
Will I receive support and training as a demonstrator?
When you join my team, I’ll provide you with all the help and support you need. I will never push or pressure you to do more than you want or desire. Whether your goals are, to build a successful business or to just support your stamping habit, I am here to help. I offer new demonstrator training, business meetings, make & take events and one-on-one support as you desire. I will be here for you at all times – all you have to do is call or email me! On top of that, Stampin’ Up! provides dozens of training resources to help you run your business, including a monthly magazine, Demonstrator Support agents, a demonstrator-only web site, thousands of samples, project templates, semi-annual and seasonal catalogs, a training DVD, demonstrator events, the Demonstrator Manual, a Product Guide, and weekly newsletters designed especially for new recruits.
How will I make money as a demonstrator?
You can earn money in three ways: instant income (20 percent of each order), monthly volume rebates (5-20 percent) percent of your total sales, and monthly downline override commissions (2-6-1/2 percent of your recruits’ sales).
Do I have to recruit other demonstrators?
No, of course not! Having a downline is not a requirement, but if you choose to recruit you have the opportunity to earn a commission based on our downline’s sales!
Q: Where will I get ideas for my workshops?
A: Stampin’ Up! has many resources for demonstrators. Idea Book & Catalogs, as well as mini collection publications, demonstrator web site with a workshop planning wizard and sample gallery as well as project templates and patterns to use, monthly Stampin’ Success Magazine, training videos and more! It is OK to copy your projects from these sources and use them at your workshops… in fact, it’s encouraged! You don't have to think of everything by yourself. I wouldn’t be where I am today if I had not borrowed and shared ideas!
Do I have to stock product?
No. You will only order items when someone places an order and pays you in advance, so you won’t need to keep inventory of products.
What kind of incentives can I receive as a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator?
There are so many perks with this business that I don’t know where to start! Here are just a few:
* As a new demonstrator, you have an opportunity to earn FREE stamps sets of any value, from the catalogue in your first 6 months.
* 30% commission on your first workshop order of $150 or more, if you place it within 45 days of signing up.

And much, much, more…
Do you really love what you do?
I absolutely LOVE what I do and I know you will, too. One of the reasons I love it so much is because of the friendships I have made. Some of my closest friends I have met through Stampin’ Up and I never would have met them without it.
I hope I have answered some of your questions. Thank you for letting me share this Fabulous Business Opportunity with you! Please feel free to Contact Me if you have additional questions that I haven’t answered!
