February Card Making Class: Fresh Vintage

We will be creating this Fresh Vintage Card at the February Card Making Class.

Twitterpated Baby Onesie

I needed a baby shower card for my nephew's new baby girl.  I love the Twitterpated Designer Series Paper and decided it would be perfect to create a Twitterpated Baby Onesie Card for her.  This card came together pretty quickly.  

I cut out the 2 triangles to form the sleeves and the body of the onesie from Pear Pizzazz Card Stock then used the 1-3/8" Circle Punch to create both the leg holes. I then punched out 2 Scallop Circles out of the Twitterpated Designer Series Paper and attached them to the front of the card over the leg holes, then I used the 1-3/8" Circle Punch again to punch out the extra paper.

Next I took the Extra-Large Oval Punch and punched the hole for the neck and used the Scallop Oval Punch to add the neckline as I did with the leg holes.  Next took 2 pieces of 2/3" X 1-1/2 Twitterpated Designer Series Paper and use the Eyelet Border Punch on them and attached them to the arm holes.

I added 3 Subtles Brads for the closure of the onesie.  I stamped Best Wishes from the Oval All Stamp Set using Riding Hood Red Classic Stampin' Pad then punched it out using the Large Scallop Oval then layered them onto the Baby Onesie Card using SNAIL Adhesive.
